Terms and Conditions

  1. The “ATS Blink doorbell promotion” (the “Promotion”) is open to ATS Euromaster’s retail customers who are UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland), except ATS Euromaster employees, agents or anyone else connected with the creation and/or administration of this Promotion. This Promotion is open to retail customers only. It is not open to company vehicle drivers and ATS Euromaster business and account customers.
  2. By participating in this Promotion, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  3. There is a purchase requirement. To be eligible to take advantage of the offer the customer must purchase
    a. FOUR or more car, van or 4x4 Michelin tyres from an ATS Euromaster Service Centre or the ATS Euromaster website (https://www.atseuromaster.co.uk) in a single transaction between 1st March 2023 and 3rd May 2023 (inclusive) in order to claim a FREE Blink video doorbell.
  4. Where the purchase is made in-Centre, all tyres must be fitted at time of purchase. Where the purchase is made online a fitting appointment must be booked at the time of purchase and the tyres must be fitted before a claim can be made.

  6. To claim the FREE Blink video doorbell, claimants must register their details on an official form completed online at www.atsrewards.co.uk/blink no later than midnight 31st May 2023. Claims made after this time will not be eligible for the offer. You will have a gift choice drop down on the claim form to capture the colour choice. Only one claim can be made per person. Only one claim can be made per customer vehicle.
  7. Claimants will be required to enter a valid ATS Euromaster customer sales receipt number (known as the 'document number') to be eligible to make a claim. A customer sales receipt will only be issued following the fitment of tyres. Claimants may also be asked to provide a copy of the customer sales receipt as proof of purchase.
  8. Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry out identity checks to validate all claims. Claims will be checked against the name and address on the invoice.
  9. Claims may also be made by post by sending copies of a qualifying customer sales receipt and the related invoice to: ATS Blink Video Doorbell Promotion, MLP, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG. Without copies of both the qualifying customer sales receipt and invoice the claim cannot be processed.
  10. By participating in the Promotion, claimants accept that ATS Euromaster will submit information entered on the online claim form or in post claims to a third party (MLP - the Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited) so that they can validate the information provided, confirm the identity of the claimant and issue the reward in accordance with the Promotion.
  11. Once MLP receive the customer’s claim, they will aim to validate within 10 working days. Once validated the customer will either receive an ‘accepted’ or a ‘rejected’ email, depending on the information submitted.
  12. If the customer claim is rejected, they will receive a rejection email advising why they have been unsuccessful and providing them with further information on what is required. Customers will have until 14th June 2023 to re-submit additional claim information.
  13. The Blink Video Doorbell will be sent out to the claimant by 2nd class post within 30 days from their claim being accepted by MLP.
  14. No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for any Blink Video Doorbells that are damaged or lost in the post.
  15. Entry into this Promotion cannot be made other than strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible, fraudulent and/or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a claim if it believes the claim is fraudulent, not legitimate or not valid. The Promoter’s decision is final and is not open to challenge.
  16. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers for the same product or service save that a Customer purchasing four or more MICHELIN car, van or 4x4 tyres will be entitled to a free fitting discount with the ‘Free Fitting with MICHELIN tyres’ Offer.
  17. The Blink Video Doorbell is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  18. The Blink Video Doorbell on offer is subject to availability. ATS Euromaster reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  19. ATS Euromaster does not accept any responsibility for any technical or functional issues arising with the Blink Video Doorbell and does not provide any warranty in relation to the product. Any issues should be referred directly to the manufacturer.
  20. ATS Euromaster reserves the right to withdraw, modify or vary this Promotion as required due to circumstances beyond its control.
  21. ATS Euromaster cannot accept liability for any technical issues or any other issues outside of their control that may prevent a Claimant from participating in this Promotion.
  22. All information received will become the property of ATS Euromaster.
  23. Without limiting the foregoing, the claimant’s personal information provided in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with data protection legislation and processed in accordance with the ATS Euromaster Privacy Policy https://www.atseuromaster.co.uk/terms-conditions/privacy-policy.
  24. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
