Q. What do I need to do to qualify for this offer?
A.To be eligible to take advantage of the offer the customer must purchase FOUR or more car, van or 4x4 Michelin tyres from an ATS Euromaster Service Centre or the ATS Euromaster website (https://www.atseuromaster.co.uk) in a single transaction between 1st March 2023 and 3rd May 2023 (inclusive).
Q. Do I need to upload my whole invoice?
A. Yes - A full, clearly visible invoice needs to be uploaded.
Q. When do I need to submit my claim by?
A. The closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight on 31st May 2023.
Q. What happens after I have submitted by gift claim?
A. We’ll validate your gift claim and we’ll let you know the status of your claim via email, within 10 working days of submission.
Q. When will I receive my gift?
A. If your claim is valid, you will receive your gift via the post within 30 days of claiming.
Q. I have not received my gift - what should I do?
A. If your claim has been accepted and you have not received your gift within 30 days of claiming, please contact us and one of our advisors will be happy to look into this for you.
Q. I cannot upload my invoice - is there another way to claim?
A. If you are struggling to upload your invoice via the online claim form, please post a copy of your invoice along with the claim form information to: ATS Blink Promotion, MLP, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.
Q. I’ve changed my mind on the gift – can I change my gift?
A. Unfortunately, we’re not able to change your gift once you have submitted your claim.
